Fenghuang Dancong(Phoenix-tea) has a wide variety of varieties and rich aromas. This collection selects the ten traditional flavors of Fenghuang Dancong tea, which are standard in the core production area, including Huangzhi Fragrance, Cinnamon fragrance type, Osmanthus Fragrance,  Zhilan Fragrance, Milan fragrance type,  Magnolia Fragrance, Evening Primrose Fragrance, Almond Fragrance, Ginger Floral Fragrance, Jasmine Fragrance.

Storage method: Store in a sealed container at room temperature, in a cool, dry, odor-free, and dark place.

 

Brewing Guide

Teaware to Brew: Porcelain Gaiwan/Zisha(Purple Clay) Teapot

Water Temperature: 100°C or 212°F;

After warming the cup, add 6g of tea (tea to water ratio 1:20, that is, 6-7g of tea in a 150ml Gaiwan)

Shake gently and smell the tea. The aroma of Phoenix Dancong is fragrant. The aroma characteristics are most obvious at this time.

Add 100°C water and the water should submerge all the tea leaves during brewing.

*Do not soak for a long time in steps 1-6. Add water and make the soup immediately. After that, the soaking time should be extended by 5-10 seconds.
