About Ramen: 

The "molokhia" of the Kuraui district in Kamigori, Nishi-Harima, Hyogo Prefecture, is produced without the use of pesticides and is hand-picked piece by piece. The highest quality molokhia powder is used, so it is full of nutrients!

Use the accompanying "mentsuyu" or "olive oil" if desired.

It is also delicious with your own pasta sauce.

How to cook: 

1 Boil noodles to desired consistency. (Approx. 5 min.)

2 Drizzle olive oil over the noodles after draining the water. (Do not drain the cold water, and do not tighten the noodles.)
3. Udon Style:  How about dipping noodles in the soup provided? Hot or cold, as you like...
3. Pasta Style:  Toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
