Just like our favorite vegan Asian restaurant serves! This “meat“ is so flavorful, tastes like Vietnamese “nem”. I’m so excited I found this!

This vegetarian ham went really well with my vegetarian noodle soup (hu tieu chay). I sliced and then deep fried. It reminds me of spam but not as salty. I prefer the texture after deep frying. This would go well in a stir fry or fried added to a banh mi as well. Will repurchase for sure!

This type is delicious and not salty

The quality is good, although the price is not cheap. My family is vegetarian, so it is good to buy it here. If it tastes good, I will buy it again.
