Japan's highest-level tea master Suda Judan personally visits Hokodo contracted farms across the country to provide guidance and supervision. This is a rare domestic black tea that is hardly produced in Japan. By utilizing the enzymes in the tea leaves for oxidation and fermentation, we create a delicious fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit. It has almost no bitterness and can be enjoyed directly.
Delicious brewing method:
1. Place one tea bag in a teacup. 2
. Pour hot water (150 ml) at about 90-95°C. 3
. After about 30 seconds, shake the tea bag up and down several times and remove the tea bag.
