A luxury fish, "Aka Mutsu" or "Nodoguro", is a fish that is packed with oil and umami that can impress any seafood lover. It is not a migratory fish and does not actually have a particular season, and It is one of the most expensive fish in the market.

The average piece weighs roughly 1.30 lb~1.50 lb but sizes will vary. The larger the fish, the fattier it is, making it even more delicious!

Simply sprinkle Akamutsu with salt then it's ready to steam or grill

Serving suggestions: grilled, simmered, steamed, or cooked with Teriyaki Sauce.
