This is surprisingly delicious for a ginger candy! The peanut really goes well with ginger- the fragrance is carmelized peanut cotton candy with ginger. The authentic ginger taste is still there but it’s reskin good.
I have tried several ginger candies because ginger is good for our health. However, the others taste like medicine to me.
The fragrance of this ginger candy somehow remind me of the candy I had when I was still a kid back in Vietnam.
It’s good in tea too. I’ve never been a fan of ginger candy but this one taste good, while still retaining the fresh ginger scent.
