Bánh Bông Lan Cuộn As Shine Vị Nho Muscat 186 g

Partially smashed when it was delivered so I thought it would be fragile, but no, it's a super dense and solid cake. It pairs beautifully with a cup of tea as it's on the drier side (but not dry). The flavor and fragrance of muscat is there. May buy again for tea time.

This is a German cake that is cooked on a spit/rotisserie and is very popular in Japan. Bought it out of curiosity. It is pricey and small and since there’s nothing special about the taste, I won’t be buying it again.

Has a nice, light grape/muscat flavor, not as overwhelming as I was expecting it to be. The texture is a little on the dry side. As for the size, it isn’t too small but I wasn’t expecting there to be a hole right in the center, makes for a lot less cake. Worth a try I’d say.

It is as dried as cookie. It’s Not Baumkuchen. Delivered smashed….
