DIRECTIONS:

On dry skin, apply a thin layer of the serum to the base of the upper lash line, starting at the inner corner of the eye and working outwards (like you would do with an eyeliner). Don't apply inside the eye or to the lower lash line; avoid applying directly to the eyelashes. Allow the serum to be absorbed into the hair follicles and continue with your usual skincare routine.
