The portions come pre packaged. You mix the packet with boiling water to make a soup, I usually add a little honey in mine. Don’t let the size fool you, it may seem small but it’s very filling. Making this in the morning for breakfast keeps me full and curbs cravings. Really good stuff.

It taste not flavor at all, not good as I always had before

I didn’t taste much sesame and walnut, if any, at all. It is very pasty and tasted more like rice and bean paste. The ingredients say only lass than 15% sesame and walnut powder combined. I would like to return it if possible.
