Bacchama's Black Konnyaku Yam after cooking in boiling water and soaked for a few hours tastes and has the texture like Sea Cucumber which I happen to enjoy. The seaweed in Bacchama Brand is finely chopped but one can still feel it's texture which makes it similar to Sea Cucumber. It's healthy for you and tastes great.
