The instructions on the back is very clear and straight forward. Just add 4 cups of cooked rice and a pound of protein of choice and scrambled eggs. I used 4 ounces of chopped pork, 3 eggs and a lot of green onions. The flavor is a little salty and nutty....hard to describe. Nim-spicy.
