I came to my friend’s house, they invited me to eat this BANH HỎI ( with roasted pork). The banh hoi is so soft, so good , it made from Mytho Việt nam, that is my native country! . It reminded me my childhood, when I was little, I loved to eat banh hoi !

We love eating banh hoi as an alternative to regular “bún” vermicelli noodles. This one is super quick and easy to prepare and this brand hasn’t disappoint!

really easy to rehydrate and cook the banh hoi noodles! the instructions are also on the bag in English. the size of each piece is a bit larger than I'm used to but still good
