It is really nice to have a cordless mixer when you don't want to haul out the hefty stand mixer. It doesn't have a lot of strength, but it doesn't need to. It can cream softened butter and beat liquid batters. If I needed something with a lot of power, I would use my stand mixer. The fact that it is cordless is a huge plus.
