Beef Roll Pancake

These are always delicious. A few mins in the airfryer and they crisp up perfectly.

Air fried for 15 minutes and topped with green onions

Decently good. Just throw into air fryer for a few minutes with a light drizzle of oil. Meat is tender, seasoned and marinated - flavorful. Pancake is on the dry, doughy side with just a hint of flakiness and green onion. No sauce, so make your own to cut some of the dryness.

We’ve ordered the chicken and pork versions of this but we felt the chicken was dry and the pork was fatty. This one both tastes good and isn’t too dry or fatty. It’s more expensive than the others but okay when it goes on sale. My dad really likes these so I will this one when ever there’s a discount.

Wow, one of the best beef rolls that I've had in the bay area! Lots of super tender and flavorful beef inside. The pancake wrapper isn't too hard (though, admittedly a little greasy) or too thick. Beef rolls around here are often disappointing. The beef is often dry or mostly tasteless, but these were so surprisingly delicious. Good value if you catch it on sale too. Note that these don't contain any sauce (not a big deal because the beef is moist enough) or greens.
