Beef Stew with Tendon and Tripe

Not good as expected. The tendon and other things (i don’t know what’s it called in English) are soft which is good. The taste is kinda plain. Not Vietnamese style not Chinese style. I won’t buy again.

Taste awful. Full of potatoes and tripes which can not be crewed. Barely beef. Not worth at all.

It tastes good, but problem is some parts are so hard to chew. They shouldn't have included that and there are only a few tendons and lots of yuccas.

The entire thing is like 60-70 potatoes, which isn't shown in the picture at all. very deceptive.

I’ve ordered this before and it was great with tender tripe and soft gelatinous tendon pieces. This time around (June 2025 order), while the flavor is there and the tripe pieces are good, there were far too many pieces of what is pictured here. I think this is tendon (these were not in a batch I ordered a couple months ago) but these pieces were far too hard to chew. I even tried to slowcook them down to try and tenderize them but was unsuccessful. I had to throw these inedible pieces out which ended up being practically 1/2 of the order. Disappointed this time around. I hope they remove these pieces from future batches or i am not sure that I will keep ordering.
