Used the egg waffle mix and baked it via the oven. The smell isn't as strong, but the taste is okay. Will try via egg waffle mold to make it more crispy.

This product makes perfect eggettes just like from the local boba shops. Each package makes about 4 eggette crepes.

Easy to use mix and it was fun to make in an animal shaped waffle maker. Kids loved them and these egg waffles remind us of the ones we ate in Taiwan night markets!
