【How to Cook】

Preparation in Advance: Standard serving size for pasta: 100g of dried noodles。cooked.

A: Using a Microwave Oven

1.Spread the bottom of the pouch flat / Without opening the seal, make sure to stand it upright in the center of the microwave / Heat one pouch at a time.

· Standard Heating Time

500W・・・40 seconds

600W・・・30 seconds

2.After heating, wait for the pouch to deflate, then hold it by the [Grip] sections at both ends and carefully remove it while keeping it upright. Open from the [Cut here] opening and pour over freshly boiled pasta to serve.

*Note Do not use the auto function. Do not heat using wattage exceeding 600W or in commercial microwave ovens. Continuous heating may cause steam to escape from the steam vent or the contents to boil over. If the pouch cannot be stood upright, be sure to transfer the contents to a microwave-safe deep container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat.

B: Using Hot Water (Boiling)

Without opening the seal, place the pouch into boiling water. Boil for 1 to 3 minutes after the water returns to a boil. Do not cover the pot.
