It’s only been four days since the product arrived and I have kept in the fridge for the whole time. However, I found the dough moldy today despite the expiration date hasn’t passed yet. Poor quality of packaging, I guess. Very disappointed

This is the wrong one, it should be another one

The portion is larger than expected, and it makes a big dish. But I don’t know if it’s because the blanching time was not long enough at the beginning, the roasted gluten itself has a strong taste🤔
