Fukamushi Sencha "Kousen" is steamed twice or three times longer than ordinary sencha. The deep steaming method helps enhance the sweet flavor of this tea and suppress astringency.

We recommend you brewing this tea in a teapot with strainer to get rid of sediment.

Hot Brew Tea

1. Add tea leaves

2. Add water

180 mL (6.09oz) 80°C (176°F)

3. Brew

1 minute (no wait time for second brew)

4. Serve

Pour out all the tea and enjoy it!

Cold Brew Tea

1. Add tea leaves
