I bought this sauce many times. It can be used as a cold dish or a spice.

Prob my 5th jar now.. very flavorful and spicy. On a saltier side

It’s a great flavor source which I often bought it when I was in Shanghai. You can put it into anywhere: bread for sandwiches, noodles, even soups. It tastes not too much spicy or too much salty, that’s why it fits everything. The only great achievement is that it can give the dishes extra depth of flavor : little bit salty, little bit fresh, some spicy. I really love it. But, we can see the warning on the bottle: cancer warning or reproductive harm warning. Until now, all Chinese would know the original reason is the oil in sources has been contaminated with some chemicals residues when it is put into an oil tanker. What a shame! And this huge sensational new ended up in a ridiculous way. Fine, I hate 1984, just like I love this pepper source.
