HOW TO USE
 

• Morning and evening, apply to the face after using lotion.
• Press pump twice into palm and smooth serum evenly over the entire face. Then start the Lifting V-Force Exercise.

Lifting V-Force Exercise
Using the four fingers of both hands, stretch the surface of your skin slowly,
each motion in time with your breath.
STEP.1
Take two pumps, and smooth evenly over the entire face.

STEP.2
Starting from the corners of the mouth, push upward to above the eyes, and past the temples. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.

STEP.3
Starting just below the cheeks, push upward past the temples.
Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.

STEP.4
Starting from the chin, push upward past the temples along the facial outline. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.
Repeat steps 1-3 two to three times until the serum is fully absorbed into the skin.

Stretch
Cross hands over each other, placing them on the collarbone. Keep mouth closed throughout.
Pull downwards and tilt head up to fully stretch the neck. Hold for 5 seconds.
Tilt head to the left and stretch for 5 seconds. Tilt head to the right and stretch for 5 seconds.

Facial Exercise
Open your eyes widely, and firmly stretch the corners of your mouth outward. Hold for 5 seconds.
Smile, showing your teeth. Hold for 5 seconds.
Smile even more broadly, using both mouth and eyes. Hold for 5 seconds.
Repeat the facial exercise.
