Chewwy texture. Put it in hot pot. Love it

Very chewy but I like it, will but again.

The noodles are quite long in length. It says it takes about 15 min to cook in boiling water unless you soak them for 3 hours. This is my first time trying the noodles and cooking them. Not sure if I like that it takes a long time to cook but I will see how the noodles come out.

Used this potato noodles to make a mushroom, Napa cabbage stew. I like the chewy texture.
