Not too sweet. Very strong taste of jujube. The outer is a bit thick, but doesn’t taste oily though.

Not as oily as the Cantonese style. Good jujube flavor 👍

delicious, ofter order these from Weee, and fresh, much better quality and price compared to my local oriental store. People are ignorant and think the moist version is better. The moist version is full of pig lard. This northern china version is healthier and dunk into latte or coffee to add moisture.
