This jujube cake is delicious! There are many in the box and the size is bigger than I thought. These taste like plum cake. Just in case anybody bought this because they like apple cake, it doesn’t taste like apple cake. Jujube are little apples and when left to ripen on the tree, they look like dates or prunes all wrinkled. They taste different when wrinkled, more like dates or plum/prunes. That’s what these cakes taste like, dates/plum/prunes. I enjoy all those fruit flavors so I enjoyed this cake flavor. The cake is moist and lightly sweet. Cake has a dense feel but light and airy when you eat it. Good price for how much you get and quality of baked goods. I have one in my purse and one in my diaper bag every time I leave the house. I enjoyed this cake with green tea and red bush tea. I had this for breakfast with a fried egg and a hazelnut latte. Such a great cake snack.
