Handvo is a West-Indian specialty entree and is similar to what we would call spicy cornbread. This mix is baked in an oven and topped with sauteed spices.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Split pigeon Pea Flour, Chickpea Flour, Matpe Bean flour, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Salt, Citrix Acid (For Flavor) , Baking Soda, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric.
