My first purchase of Amaranth flour. It arrived nicely packaged. I made vegetable pancakes with this healthy and nutritious , gluten free flour. I wasn’t sure what to expected, but it came out quite nice. It was delicious and satisfying. Next time will try making amaranth roti. I’m very happy with this product, will definitely be tepid needed. I recommend it.👍👍👍👍👍
