Drunken Mud Snail, Wild Yellow Mud Snail, Seafood Delight, Ready to eat 250 g

Upon opening the jar my mom got cut on the glass Jar. There was also broken glass inside the container  My it makes me wonder if other products might have a safety hazard. This is unacceptable and a danger to the safety of others. I request a direct refund. Please see attached photos. And also please check the quality assurance of your product!!!
