I’ve never disliked anything I got from Duke before so this is a first. The bread is slightly sweet and not bad but the cream is not my favorite. I somehow thought it would be like pastry cream but it is just whipped cream. It is not too sweet but too fatty.

Hardly any cream.. bland and bread seemed stale and dry. Disappointing.

We put this in the fridge and had it the day after delivery because my husband prefers his bread chilled. It was very tasty! The cream solidified in the fridge, but it didn’t take away from the flavor or texture, since it softened up in the mouth anyway.

Preservation Condition:( 7-10 days for refrigerator, or 30 days for freezer storage)
1.We do not recommend slicing the bread into pieces so as to preserve the bread's original texture.
2. Please seal the remaining in the bags if you cannot finish it, store in a refrigerator or freezer.
3. Please spray a small amount of water on the bread before heating up in the oven for the fresh taste again, or 6 to 15 seconds for microwaving.
