DuoDuo Yellow Eel, Frozen 227 g

I am trying this for the first time. It’s smaller than I thought. Hopefully it’s good. I am planning to make it with claypot rice.

First time buying this, small pack but looks fresh and cleaned.

Frozen eel. Duo duo has the best quality

Haven't tried this for many years, saw it on weee, purchased right away. Easy to cook, just boil it for a minute, clean it in cold water, and put it back to cook with veggies and oyster sauce for few minutes.
