In order to take advantage of the shape of the green sanori leaves, we adopted the ``asadaki'' method and finished it in a shorter time than ``Edo Murasaki''. This seaweed tsukudani is rich in the flavor of bonito and scallops, with a melty texture that brings out the flavor of the seaweed.
