Fresh beef, pork, and various vegetables were carefully selected, finely chopped with great care by my mother, and then made into bite-sized pieces. Experience the true taste of juicy traditional Korean tteokgalbi that can be enjoyed by all generations, from children to adults.

 

[ Cooking Instructions ]

1. Easy cooking in microwave 1) Place frozen patties in a microwave-safe container and cover with a lid or wrap. 2) Cook in the microwave (1,000W) for about 1 minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher. 3) Serve on an appropriate plate and enjoy.

2. Pan frying cooking 1) Defrost the frozen patties sufficiently. (40 minutes or more at room temperature) 2) Lightly add oil to a frying pan and preheat it over medium heat. 3) Place the sufficiently thawed patties on the frying pan, close the lid, and cook for about 8 minutes, turning the patties every 2 minutes to prevent them from burning, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher. 4) Serve on an appropriate plate and enjoy.
