Love these so much! Again, they're great if you're disabled and can't get up to make yourself food easily. A friend pointed out that they would be great for college students, too, and I agree! As for the taste, it's savory with a very slight amount of heat, as if they put a tiny amount of red pepper flakes in it, which is very close to what they did, lol. However, it isn't what I'd consider "spicy" at all, and I'm usually quite sensitive to that. Also, it really doesn't taste like fish, more like chicken or beef, honestly. But don't let that keep you from buying it! Like I said, it's very delicious! Also, with all of these meals by this maker, I'd suggest letting it sit for 5-10 minutes after the time it says to let it cook, so it can absorb the liquid and cook through and soften properly. All in all, I highly recommend it!
