This doesn’t have cooking directions. I baked for 15 min- then basted with my char siu sauce and air fried. This is really good.

Great taste, but kind of expensive.
I like to eat it warm so I broil loosely covered with foil for a few minutes. A good amount of mushroom to bean curd ratio. I can’t find it at the market, so it’s nice I could buy it here if I’m craving it.

the flavor of this grows on you. I do agree that it is on the pricier side being 15 dollars but I do think getting this at a restaurant is way more expensive. soo I'll consider this a good thing. it's very tasty but easily falls apart. I've only Steamed this but will try a different method this time. the smokiness has an interesting after flavor but the curd and mushroom pack a delicious punch.

Mine has very little stuffing and mostly tofu skin, but it tastes good. For the price, it’s a bit pricey for just tofu skin…easy to prepare, steamed it after defrosting in the fridge in 2 days.

It taste alittle different from I i got last time. It’s alittle too smoky taste for me. Abit overpowering , kind of disappointed for this price.
