1. To ensure product freshness, all states except Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota, and South Dakota require 2-day air shipping. Please select the correct shipping method when ordering to avoid delays.
2. Fresh Ginseng products are only shipped within the U.S. and are not available for international delivery.
3. Fresh ginseng ships Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same day; orders placed after 12 PM will ship the next available shipping day (excluding public holidays).
