Cut seaweed is easy to cook. It is certified organic so you can eat with confidence and is convenient to store in a zipper bag.
Products from the sea are also subject to the same organic certification system. It refers to seaweed raised with feedstuffs that do not use growth promoters, antibiotics, organic acids, hormones, etc., and do not mix synthetic compounds or synthetic nitrogen in the growth process.
There is an exclusive fish farm with a clean sea area in Gijang Mulsan near Geogeum Island, Goheung-myeon. The seaweed is cultivated while maintaining and preserving the ecosystem and environment in the certified organic farm.
Because it controls the production per unit area of the farm, it has better texture and elasticity than regular seaweeds and has a lighter taste.
