I like the noodle quality, but I'm not sure what the soup tastes like, because my tongue was quite numb after eating the hot and sour flavor. All I could taste was a slight smokiness and mild sweetness. I eventually moved the noodles over to the hot and sour soup because I liked that one's flavor more.
