This roasted black bean paste was a great addition to my pantry. At first glance, the portion is enormous. Using just two spoons, I created a black bean sauce that fed 5-6 people! Highly recommend it for those who crave black bean noodles.

Very large jar of bean paste. I use it to make Korean style black bean noodle. The taste is sweeter than the Chinese style, and it is not fermented. Pretty salty, so you don’t have to use a lot. My kids like it a lot.
