Bột khoai môn này hơi lạ, có vị mặn không giống bột khoai môn mình từng ăn

I cut them into 1/2 inch thick pieces and pan fried it until golden both sides. Cracked an egg on top with some green onion. Served it with sweet & sour soy sauce. So good!! Better if you have shredded green papaya and daikon (Vietnamese radish & carrot pickle).

Only flour, not taste but easy to cook.

When I received it! It’s already defrosted so I have to cook it asap! It’s very hard to cut ! When I have fried it , it soften not bad but I won’t be ordering again.

Fried and with rice paper noodles! They’re also delicious if you fry them and wrap with rice paper, and dip them into sauce🤩
