How to use: After cleansing, dispense a sufficient amount of toner onto a cotton pad or onto clean hands. Swipe the cotton pad all across the face, starting from the outer edge and in towards the nose. Tap lightly to help aid in absorption. Then follow with the rest of your skincare routine.
