A reproduction of the "pure pork bone" soup only available at the Matsudo main store of the famous award-winning "Tomita" restaurant in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture!

The super-concentrated pork bone broth, which is made by adding pork head extract and lard to a large amount of pork extract to concentrate the flavor and sweetness of pork, is combined with a special non-fried noodle that is supple and elastic, and has the natural flavor of wheat.

Ingredients include chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots, and sliced green onions, with an optional "sansho (Japanese pepper) flavored oil" for a refreshing taste.
