Jinghua Dry Bamboo Shoots 2 lb

Don’t get it. It’s super dried and tough. I soaked it in water for 5 days and cooked it for 10 hours and it’s still rough.

This is a big package of bamboo shoots and the quality is good. Looking forward to cooking this.

So good. The bamboo is tender and crunchy. I used 1/3 of the bag and made this big pot.

Very dried - first time buying. Can't wait to try it with pork belly

Read others reviews before buying these. But it actually came much larger than expected. Can't wait to make it. : D
