My favorite fish tofu, chewy and absorb lot of soup for hot pot

This fish curd is too mushy for me. Tossed them in hot pot for a couple minutes and the skin already becomes soggy. It feels like you’re eating a piece of mushy dough with a hint of fish. Definitely not for me.

I recommend this item for anyone loving tofu fish puffs. This is repeated order.

As a Cantonese I honestly say it’s so good.
