The Japanese-style curry uses Kayanoya’s signature dashi blended with about 10 aromatic spices such as ginger and clove,
while the Western-style curry features vegetable dashi infused with around 10 bright spices including cardamom and fennel.
Each comes with its own finishing spice — “Aonori Shichimi” for the Japanese curry and “Tomato Spice” for the Western one — allowing you to adjust the heat to your liking.
