DIRECTIONS

1. Place seaweed sheet onto textured side of mat.

2. Place sushi rice squarely and evenly onto middle of seaweed sheet allowing 2-3cm of seaweed to show at top edge, and 1cm of seaweed to show on bottom edge.

3. Put any additional ingredients slightly below the middle of rice area.

4. Gently roll mat from bottom direction to top to roll ingredients.

5. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
