Kuse Fuku Shoten's "Menbei with Fragrant Shichimi Mayo Sauce" is a snack created through a collaboration between Yamaguchi Aburaya Fukutaro's popular "Menbei" and Kuze Fuku Shoten. The crispy rice cracker is exquisitely combined with a mayonnaise sauce flavor that has a refreshing aroma of yuzu and sansho pepper in a spicy heat. This product follows the crispy texture based on potato starch and the flavor that makes use of the umami of squid and mentaiko, which are characteristics of "Menbei" manufactured by Yamaguchi Aburaya Fukutaro, which was founded in 1909, while adding the flavor of Kuze Fuku Shoten's original shichimi mayo sauce. Shichimi is a blend of yuzu, Japanese pepper, fragrant roasted chili peppers, black and white sesame seeds, peanuts, red shiso, and green laver seaweed, creating an exquisite balance of spiciness and aroma.
