Frozen Lamb Shoulder Chops Bone-In 2 lb

Inconsistent fattiness between cuts.

The lamb shoulder chop on the left I expected, but those odd pieces on the right, especially the two in the middle that are all bones practically, I did not expect and certainly not for $6.25 or so a pound. I expected each piece to be a serving, and I calculated that on my end into the price. All three of the chops on the right, to me, don’t even make a serving. I am very disappointed.

There are not bad. I prefer the loin chops but Weee is not selling them anymore. I would buy them again.

Thrown into some biriyani - meat is good. Would’ve been better grilled for sure

I like that the lamb chops were cut thick and I got about 5 for the price.
