I haven't tried these yet but purchased them after reading great reviews of these. I suspect it'll be great given the reviews.

Only took 7 minutes and the noodles came out so chewy and delicious. The shallot oil gives it that classic Taiwanese-style flavor I love. Will be keeping this stocked for quick meals
