Good flavor for hotpot, used it to make 2 pots of sauce. It wasn’t that strong and flavored the soup without being too oily. The people who like mild soup enjoyed it a lot. The packaging is very convenient in case of leftovers.

I use it to marinate beef and make stew. Stir fry w/ carrots, potato, and onions then stew for a few hours. Taste good!
