Mama sita’s kare kare mix is the go to packet we get when we are in a hurry to make food. We had a ton of unexpected visitors last weekend…looked like a party and we need to make a lot ASAP. So we just decided to make a kare kare since we have this packet already and voila, this is the only kare kare left after the party - which actually i put aside for my work food the next day. 😜
