Delicious. Just the right mix of flavors and textures.

The cake is a bit sweet since it’s mostly mousse but I split it into 4 parts and will save the rest for later. The most disappointing thing about the cake was this was how it arrived…. Still palatable just disappointed about the aesthetics

It tastes good but it doesn’t taste like coconut at all. My husband is really sensitive to coconut (he hates it) And he devoured this entire thing.
